Jennifer Blunt Joins Selzer Gurvitch

Selzer Gurvitch Welcomes Jennifer Blunt to the Firm as Its Newest Partner

Jennifer Blunt has joined Selzer Gurvitch in its Litigation section. Ms. Blunt will focus her practice on complex commercial litigation, construction contract disputes, employment law, and other areas involving business disputes.

Ms. Blunt has been a practicing attorney in the field of litigation for over 30 years, 9 of which were in the public sector and the other 23 years in private practice. While in private practice, she has focused on representing broker-dealers in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), litigating business disputes involving theft of trade secrets and tortious interference with business relations, defending businesses against employment discrimination claims before the EEOC and in state and federal courts, and representing insurance carriers in commercial policy coverage disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Blunt worked as a trial attorney with the Department of Justice, Tax Division, and at an AmLaw 200 firm.  She received her law degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College.
