Robin Gaskins is a dedicated attorney in the firm’s Estate Planning/Trust & Estate Administration group, where she specializes in estate planning, trust and estate administration and tax planning. With a strong focus on helping individuals and families achieve their long-term goals, Robin works closely with personal representatives and trustees, ensuring the proper administration of estates and trusts. She designs tailored estate plans, including wills, powers of attorney, advance medical directives and a variety of trusts with a keen eye toward her clients’ unique needs.

Robin’s professional journey is strengthened by her earlier career as a paralegal with experience in a wide range of areas such as commercial civil litigation, personal injury and condemnation matters. This diverse background equipped her with a strategic approach to trusts and estates law, ensuring that every aspect of her clients’ cases is handled with care and precision.

In addition to her membership in the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland, Robin was recently recognized as a Maryland Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor awarded to top-rated attorneys based on peer recognition.

Beyond her legal practice, Robin is an active member of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in the Law, where she serves as Treasurer of the Executive Committee for the 2025 and 2026 term. A native of Montgomery County, Maryland, Robin is also a proud veteran of the United States Army. She resides in her hometown, where she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dogs and reading.
