Pier  Coyne

Pier Coyne is an accomplished real estate attorney with a longstanding record of success representing landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, investors and developers in complex commercial real estate transactions. Her background spans office, industrial and retail sectors, with experience in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and related transactional work. She consistently secures favorable outcomes through adept negotiation and close collaboration with real estate brokers, clients and opposing counsel.

Pier cultivated her legal acumen through experience and mentorship at several prominent law firms in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. During this time, she gained expertise in drafting and negotiating key documents such as letters of intent, leases, purchase and sale agreements and easements. Pier is especially skilled in conducting due diligence and lease audits to assess risks and liabilities. She is able to anticipate all scenarios and effectively communicate the options, a trait that leads her to develop close and lasting relationships with her clients.

After receiving her B.A. in History from the University of Virginia, Pier earned her J.D., with Honors, from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
