Lynette Kleiza

Lynette Kleiza is a family law attorney who helps clients navigate some of life’s most personal and emotionally complex legal matters with confidence and clarity. Known for her thoughtful guidance and reassuring demeanor, she understands that every family’s circumstances, priorities and goals are unique. Throughout every matter, Lynette remains mindful that her clients are experiencing significant life changes and works to provide both steady counsel and strong advocacy during times of transition.

Lynette represents clients in all areas of domestic relations law, including marital and property agreements, adoption, complex equitable distribution, LGBTQ+ matters, military family law, custody and visitation, relocation, child support and spousal support.

Focused on achieving positive and practical outcomes, Lynette takes a multi-faceted approach to resolving family law disputes. When appropriate, she utilizes collaborative law, negotiated settlements, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution to help clients reach efficient and amicable resolutions. When litigation becomes necessary, Lynette’s extensive courtroom experience allows her to serve as a persuasive and effective trial attorney.

Outside of her legal practice, Lynette is active in the community, serving on the Board of Full Bellies Project and volunteering at Nourishing Bethesda. She also volunteers with the Humane Rescue Alliance and fosters animals.
