Selzer Gurvitch Welcomes Thomas Lynch

Experienced litigator brings wealth of experience in government contracts and construction litigation

Selzer Gurvitch Rabin Wertheimer & Polott, PC (“Selzer Gurvitch”) announced the hiring of Thomas Lynch as a lateral Partner. Mr. Lynch is a seasoned civil and commercial litigator who primarily represents clients in construction, including owners, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors on private and public construction projects, government contracts clients in claims against the government, and lenders and loan servicers.

At Selzer Gurvitch, Mr. Lynch will join the litigation practice group, advising clients on civil litigation matters and providing contract negotiation and drafting, day-to-day counseling, as well as claims management and dispute resolution services, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation. In addition, he will draw on his experience representing construction clients and corporate creditors in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy actions.

Mr. Lynch arrives from the Washington, D.C. office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, where he worked for 14 years, first as an associate and then as a partner supporting construction contractors, government contractors, and others in civil litigation.

Mr. Lynch graduated with a B.A. from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington before earning his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in D.C.
