Olivia Grady is an associate attorney specializing in corporate law and taxation. With a strong commitment to providing practical legal solutions, Olivia is dedicated to helping both individuals and businesses navigate complex legal landscapes to achieve their goals. She helps guide clients through key business transactions, including the buying and selling of businesses, the formation of new ventures and the revision of business documents to reflect evolving needs as companies grow. Olivia also provides invaluable advice on tax matters, offering clients clarity and strategic insight to address their unique financial situations.
Before joining Selzer Gurvitch, Olivia honed her legal and policy expertise through a diverse range of experiences. She worked at a well-regarded Virginia law firm, where she gained hands-on experience in corporate and tax law. Olivia also served as a tax policy analyst at a prominent advocacy organization, contributing to the development of policies that impact both businesses and individuals. Her background includes time in the legal department at a leading think tank and a public interest law firm, experiences that help her more easily review tax and other legislation that might affect businesses, as well as be aware of how a Supreme Court decision might affect clients.
Olivia earned her law degree from Tulane Law School and her LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, both after obtaining her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Rice University. When she’s not practicing law, she loves to read and travel.
