Chadwick has extensive experience negotiating and closing purchase and sale agreements across all asset classes. His work includes managing comprehensive due diligence, resolving title and survey issues, addressing zoning restrictions and navigating easement rights and restrictive covenants. Clients value his problem-solving skills, clear communication style and steadfast commitment to keeping them informed throughout their matter.
Another focus of Chadwick’s practice is the site acquisition and development of data centers, where he handles purchase agreements and advises on site due diligence including title, survey and zoning review.
Before joining Selzer Gurvitch, Chadwick worked in the McLean, Virginia office of Greenberg Traurig and clerked for The Honorable John M. Mahoney, Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. While in law school, he was a student volunteer for the D.C. Appellate Mediation Program. He is licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
When he’s not practicing law, Chadwick enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with close friends and family.
