Brittany Oravec has built her career around helping clients navigate complex tax and business issues with a clear focus on their long-term goals. As an associate in Selzer Gurvitch’s Corporate/Business, Tax Planning and Real Estate practice groups, she evaluates each client’s circumstances and develops practical and creative solutions, ensuring they understand how those strategies will serve them over time.
Brittany advises corporate and individual clients on a wide range of tax planning matters, from structuring business transactions and optimizing tax positions to managing federal and state business filings and tax appeals.
Before joining Selzer Gurvitch, Brittany worked as a tax controversy associate at an AmLaw 100 firm, a tax associate for a Fortune 500 multinational company and a tax and estate planning associate at an international tax law firm.
Brittany earned her B.A. in French from Virginia Tech, her J.D. with a Tax Law concentration from George Mason University, and her LL.M. in Tax Law, with distinction, and a Certificate in International Tax – from Georgetown University.
