
Amanda Freeman is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate group. Clients and colleagues frequently commend her responsiveness and the depth of attention she devotes to each matter.
Focused on commercial real estate, Amanda handles matters such as commercial lease amendments, loan documents, loan transactions, financing and organizational documentation. She represents and advises property owners, investors and developers.
During law school, her time at the Maryland Office of the Public Defender in Baltimore County provided an opportunity to learn a lot about case strategy and allowed her to hone her exceptional research skills.
Amanda earned her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and her undergraduate degree in International Relations from Harvard University Extension School. While in law school, she served as Manuscripts Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Forum, volunteered at the Veteran’s Advocacy Clinic and served as Vice President of Parents in Law School. She continues to write legal content and offer presentations at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
When not practicing law, Amanda loves to spend time with family, swim, bake and attend live rock concerts. She is also interested in launching a non-profit organization focused on swimming lessons for autistic children.
