Natasha James is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. She counsels clients on a variety of real estate and commercial matters, including commercial leases, contracts, and transactions.

Natasha’s experience includes negotiation and drafting of leasing documents; assisting with due diligence in property acquisitions and dispositions; and representing condominium associations, homeowner associations, and housing cooperatives on governance and operational matters.

While in law school, she was a staff member of the American University Business Law Review.
