David Weintraub is a partner in Selzer Gurvitch’s Real Estate and Banking/Lender Representation practice groups. David’s practice focuses on banking and finance, and he has experience working on large-scale loan, acquisition and disposition projects in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
David’s clients include investors, financial institutions, and developers. He relies on his business education and unique high-level experience in real estate finance to provide insightful, forward-thinking advice at all stages of the deal-making process. David emphasizes clear, organized drafting and works closely with clients’ key stakeholders.
David is a Maryland native, and received his law and business degrees from Washington University in St. Louis.
